About
Hi! I'm Tess Arthur, a user experience researcher currently based in Bellefonte, PA.
I use research and evidence-based design to help businesses make strategic improvements to their product offerings and content.
My path to user experience (UX) design began in the service industry where I learned valuable lessons about attention to detail, establishing rapport, and how small interactions stack together to build an incredible experience. With over 5 years of experience as a market and user researcher under my belt, I’ve utilized both quantitative and qualitative research methods for generative and evaluative research to help a number of products and brands strategize for the future. In my time as a UX Designer and Researcher I have gained a number of competencies to which I attribute my professional success. I am intimately familiar with many research methods. If I am not familiar with a specific method, I am confident my adaptability and autonomous learning will help me pick it up quickly.
In my time as a UX Designer and Researcher I have gained a number of competencies to which I attribute my professional success. I’m competitive in my approach, staying up-to-date with all the latest trends, and can use methodologies to draw insight from even the most vague concepts and areas of approach. I’m positive my skills would make me an immediate asset to any team. Please feel free to reach out any time with questions about my experience or past work.
